String
An accent lamp inspired by nature's shapes. A soft, wavy and organical geometry that echoes the little things that surrounds us.
Composed by 2 parts, a dark part, which doesnt't allow the light to pass through, and a lighter part, which is translucent. It conveys a soft brightness, just enough to read peacefully in the living room or the bedroom.
It was fun to work on this project. I really wanted to incorporate some kind of show/hidden game with the light.
I managed to do that with the medium thickness. Also, I wanted the electric cable to be completely integrated into the concept of the lamp, which is why it's used to maintain the two parts together, no need for extra bindings.
